WELCOME TO LAKEVIEW RV PARK
We are a small RV Park located 1 mile outside of the town of Detroit, Oregon, that is recently under NEW OWNERSHIP as of May 2023.We offer long term, monthly stays as well as weekly and daily for stays for RV's. We are conveniently located just off HWY 22 for quick access to the newly updated Detroit Flats Day Use area, Blowout Road and both Marinas. You can even ride your ATV's into town! Mongold Day Use area is just 8 minute drive away, HooDoo Snow Park is 45 mins and Breitenbush Hot Spring just a beautiful 20 min drive. Weather you come in Winter or Summer, Spring or Fall....we are close to all the activities that bring you to this amazing part of Oregon.
EXPLORE THE AREA
Beautiful Detroit Lake was formed by the building of the Detroit Dam. The reservoir has a capacity of 455,000 acre feet of water when full and 281,600 acre feet in the summer when drawn down. It is nine miles long and has shoreline of 32 miles when full. One swimming opportunity is at the Mongold Day-Use Area, just a short drive from Lakeview RV Park. Detroit Lake is also stocked by the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife with 125,000 catchable rainbow trout along with fingerling rainbow, kokanee and chinook salmon throughout the season. Detroit Lake offers year-round fishing as long as you fish in still water and not in or near the rivers and streams.
